Ain't no summer without a party, am I right or am I right? I love house parties as they are cozier, more personal and give you space to just be goofy with your friends and let your hair down. I am sure a lot of you agree with me and like to throw summer house parties or just organize family get-togethers every now and then. The most important thing at any party is definitely food! And since it is a summer party, the food must be all about refreshing ingredients and pretty presentation to woo your guests.

Here, I have hand picked the quickest, easiest and impressive recipes that are not just simple to make, but are very convenient to eat while partying! Have a look and try them yourself! 

#1. Kiwi shots

To make khus syrup:
- Boil together water and sugar for about 3-4 minutes and let it cool down completely.
- Add the khus essence and the green colour to the boiled sugar syrup.
- The khus syrup is ready.

To make kiwi shots:
- Add the chopped kiwi, vanilla ice cream, khus sharbat, crushed ice and sprite / 7 Up in the blender and blend all the ingredients together.
- The mocktail is ready to be served.
- Pour it in the shot glasses and the leftover in the beaker for later.

#2. Watermelon Cooler




- In a blender, add 3 cups of watermelon pieces, 2 tbsp. of rose syrup, 1/2 tbsp. of chaat masala and lemon juice and blend it.
- Strain the liquid in order to get rid of all the seeds.
- Add a few ice cubes, few slices of lime and some mint leaves.
- Refrigerate it to enjoy a chilled watermelon cooler.

#3. Crostini


- Cut the French Loafs into thin Slices- Take Butter, Dry Oregano (Hand Crushed), Garlic Paste, fresh Parsley in a Bowl and mix well.
- Apply this Butter mixture evenly on the Loafs on both the sides.
- On a baking tray wrapped in Aluminium Foil, Put these Bread Loafs and put it in the Oven (Bake this Slices at 180 Degree Celsius for 5 mins)
- Meanwhile, In a frying Pan put some Oilve Oil
- Add Garlic Paste (1/4 Tsp), Bell Peppers, Baby Corns, Fresh Parsley, Pizza Seasoning, Dry Oregano, Tomato Ketchup, Grated Black Pepper and fry them for a few minutes. Turn off the Flame
- Let the Topping cool a little and salt to taste
- Take out the Bread Loafs from the oven
- Top the Bread Slices with the Vegetables
- Lastly top it up with Mozzarella cubes and sprinkle pizza seasoning on the chesse cubes
- Put the Bread Slices back in oven for 5 - 6 Minutes and bake it till the cheese cubes belt.
- the Dish is ready to be Served hot.

#4. Baby Corn Cigars






- Chop the blanched baby corn into halves. 
- Take some pizza seasoning in a bowl. Add red chilli powder, garlic paste, salt and vinegar to it. Drizzle some olive oil. Nicely mix all these ingredients together. 
- Add the baby corns and coat the marinade over them. 
- Cook the coated baby corns in a hot pan for about a minute. Remove them from hot pan and keep them aside for cooling. 
- For outer covering of the baby corn cigars, take potato mash in a bowl. Add ginger chilli paste, corn flour, coriander leaves and salt. Mix everything well. 
- Take a small part out of the mash, roll it properly. Place a corn slit properly in the centre of the mash. Roll them properly. Remove the excess covering of the mash. 
- Roll them into toasted bread crumbsdeep fry them.

For Dipping Sauce: Add mayonnaise, finely chopped bell pepper, finely chopped onions, finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped parsley, powdered sugar, pinch of salt, 1/8th teaspoon of garlic paste in a bowl. Drizzle some olive oil. Mix all these ingredients well. Keep the dipping sauce in the refrigerator.

#5. Chocolate Mousse


- In a bowl put dark chocolate and cream and microwave it
- Whisk the melted chocolate and cream and let it cool
- Grind the oreo cookies into a fine powder
- Add melted butter to oreo cookie powder and mix it well
- Make a thin layer in the base of the serving glass and refrigerate it for few mins.
- Soak Gelatin in water for at least 5 mins and add it to the chocolate mixture
- Add caramel Syrup and whisk it and refrigerate it for about 10 mins
- Add whipped cream to the chocolate mix and mix it well with a spatula
- Pour the chocolate mousse onto the oreo cookie base serving glass
- Set for another 15 mins in freezer
- Garnish it with whipped cream, chocolate piece and oreo cookie on top and the dessert is ready to be served.

#6. Strawberry Souffle

-Soak gelatin in water. After 5 minutes, gently heat to dissolve. Let it cool. 
-In a bowl, soften the ice-cream. Add cream, sugar and strawberry puree.
-Add melted gelatin to the ice-cream mixture. Beat to mix well. Pour the mixture in a serving bowl. 
-Refrigerate to set for 4-5 hours. Serve topped with the slices of strawberry.
