A health F&B brand based out Gurgaon, Zoe is committed to make nutritional food a part of your daily routine. It currently serves cold press juices and mini health meals on subscription as well as on one time basis. 

Cold press juices have recently gained popularity among the health conscious lot- they are produced without any heat/friction and thus, have all the nutrients in tact. Zoe promises to produce fresh cold press juices every morning and deliver them the same day. The shelf life of the juices however, is 3 days so you can stack up a couple of extras. They've got super tempting combinations to keep you hydrated and full all through the hot, summer day. Each juice has a different utility apart from rejuvenating. My favourite was WIN for instance, is great for cardiovascular health- it contains water melon, coconut water, pomegranate, rosemary, tomato and lemon leaves. Check out the entire range here.

The yogurt parfait, a delicious mix of yogurt, honey, oats, nuts and fruits makes for a great breakfast and a healthier alternative to your day-time snack. I tried the Banana Walnut parfait- rich, creamy, filling. The walnuts gave it a nice crunch and each bite was a mix of delightful flavours+textures. My other favourites include the Pomegranate+Pistachio and Strawberry+Chocolate. The parfaits come in easy-to-handle glass jars with lids- you can easily store and enjoy it throughout the day. 

I would definitely recommend the juices and the parfaits as they are healthy and unlike the usual health meals, quite delicious too! They've just introduced Vegan Frappes and Smoothies which I am looking forward to try! Check it out here.
