Helloooooooooooooooo! 

I am writing this post with ten thousand bubbles in my heart- I am happy and excited and restless AF because my life has taken a fantastic turn where I'm getting to squeeze one great opportunity after another. The last two weeks have been exceedingly good for the blog and I am getting to try a lot of new things that I can't wait to tell you all about. 

I keep coming across a lot of innovative products and services that make my {very} millenial life easier and it is only my pleasure to share these finds with you. The latest and one I absolutely loved is this website called Take Home Chef that delivers pre-portioned, ready to cook ingredients to your doorstep, along with an easy-to-follow recipe for the dish of your choice. So basically, you are required to do half the hardwork and also get bragging rights for cooking a great meal. Honestly, what they do is not rocket science- but they do it so well and at REALLY unbelievable prices. I got myself two recipe boxes for the trial and was able to make a hefty portion of Spicy Sweet and Sour Tofu and satisfyingly huge no-bake lemon cheesecake for just INR 200 and INR 275 respectively. What I really liked about Take Home Chef is the easy, no-mess packaging. Everything was pre-measured so all I had to do was mix some stuff up! They've got a great selection of dishes to choose from, including salads, tacos, pizza, sandwiches, falafel and some great no-bake desserts to top it all. They've also got very cost-effective subscription plans, which are great for working people who prefer home-cooked food minus the hassle of procuring, washing, cutting and measuring the ingredients.
